Who we are

Zoomy Plane is made by AYCE Software (Darren Tran, “we”, “us”). These terms cover the Zoomy Plane app and this website, zoomyplane.com. By using them you agree to these terms. If you are a parent or guardian, you agree for your child too.

The app

The app is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Please do not copy, reverse engineer, resell or misuse it.

Purchases and refunds

Zoomy Plane is free to play. The one-time in-app purchase is processed by Apple, and we never see your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. You can restore a past purchase for free from the app.

Grown-ups and the check

A grown-up multiplication question protects buying, restoring and the settings. Please also keep your device’s own purchase protections, such as Ask to Buy, turned on. Grown-ups are responsible for purchases made on their devices.

Art and content

The name Zoomy Plane, the planes, the places, the art, the sounds and this website belong to AYCE Software, except where noted. You may link to this website.

Disclaimer and limits

The app and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses from using them, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app and its purchase. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
